Accelerate Auto’s Mentorship Program advances Black representation in Canada’s automotive sector through mentorship, professional development, and industry connections that help participants grow their networks and careers.

How it works
Our program carefully matches mentees with mentors based on their skills, goals, and interests. Mentors provide guidance and share their expertise, helping mentees navigate their career paths within the automotive industry.
Eligibility
To be a part of our Mentorship Program, you should be a motivated individual looking to build a successful career in the automotive sector. Both mentors and mentees are welcome to apply.
