Mentees: Applicants must be at least 20 years old and either currently working in the automotive industry or looking to transition into it.
Mentors: Applicants must have at least 10 years of automotive industry or relevant industry leadership experience and be willing to dedicate time to supporting a mentee’s professional growth.
Our mentorship program requires a minimum commitment of two (2) hours per month over six (6) months. We encourage all participants to attend the program’s opening and closing ceremonies. Also, mentors and mentees are welcome to connect beyond the program requirements.
