Our Mentorship Program
Accelerate Auto’s Mentorship Program helps increase Black representation in Canada’s automotive sector through structured mentorship, professional development, and meaningful connections. Participants gain industry insights, expand their networks, and advance their career goals. The program includes EmpowerHer, in partnership with Empowering Auto, supporting women in mentorship, and VentureTrack, in partnership with Black Entrepreneurship Alliance for those pursuing entrepreneurship and innovation in automotive.

de mentorat
Le programme de mentorat d’Accelerate Auto contribue à accroître la représentation des Noirs dans le secteur automobile canadien grâce à un mentorat structuré, au développement professionnel et à des liens significatifs. Les participants acquièrent des connaissances sur l’industrie, élargissent leur réseau et font progresser leurs objectifs de carrière. How It Works
Our program carefully matches mentees with mentors based on their skills, goals, and interests. Mentors provide guidance and share their expertise, helping mentees navigate their career paths within the automotive industry.

To be a part of our Mentorship Program, you should be a motivated individual looking to build a successful career in the automotive sector. Both mentors and mentees are welcome to apply.
